Description
The Whitefish has an elongated silvery body with an overbite and a divided tail fin. Between the back and caudal fin there is a fat fin, common in members of the Salmon family - a close relative. The head and mouth are small in relation to the rest of the body. Teeth are numerous on the middle jawbone and tongue.
Color
Silver colored body, blue/green darker back and gray/brown fins.
Average size
30 - 50 cm / 0,5 – 1 kg
