Art for a Reason AB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Art for a Reason AB shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Art for a Reason AB’s failure to insist on the strict application of a particular clause of these terms & conditions, or its failure to require compliance therewith shall not be interpreted as a renunciation to the application of a particular clause or the exercise of a particular right. In the event that a competent court shall judge a provision contained herein to be null or invalid or not enforceable, such judgement shall have no impact on the other provisions of the present contract.

Orders
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally be processed on the following working day. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. No delivery shall be made to a P.O. Box address. Payment options & Invoicing Payment by credit card/Paypal is the only form of payment that will be accepted for purchases made through the Site. Cheques or money orders are not accepted. Please note that when you place an order through the Site, you shall receive by e-mail, shortly thereafter, confirmation from Art for a Reason AB/Living in the Baltic Sea. Such confirmation shall constitute your invoice. Customer’s payment shall be complete and accepted prior to the delivery of the products. Delivery terms areas are as stated in INCOTERM's 2000.
Return Policy
With the exception of the specific situations below, all sales are firm and final. In the event that your order is damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement and reimbursement of the return delivery cost, subject to receipt of the product damaged in transit. Any damage to the exterior packaging or to the items inside must therefore be signaled to the delivery person immediately upon receipt of the goods, not later. Please make a note of any damage on the package before signing for receipt of the delivery. To process the replacement and reimbursement we need proof of the damage for insurance purposes and a receipt for the return delivery cost. Failure to provide this proof will result in no replacement or reimbursement. Prior to returning any products to us, please contact us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. RA will only be given to customers providing proof of damage such as photos of damaged package and products. We request that you return your damaged package to us using your local postal service (no Express Carrier). Please ensure that all goods are packaged securely and covered by insurance during transit. The product returned shall be accompanied by the authorization number described above.
Delivery
The normal dispach time is 1-2 weeks from the order date. In the event the delivery period is estimated to take longer, the Customer will be notified of such by e-mail. Delivery times will not be guaranteed by Art for a Reason AB. An estimated delivery time can be given. The responsibility of the goods will be out of Art for a Reason AB's responsibility after that the products has left Art for a Reason AB's warehouse.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed with Art for a Reason AB orders exceeding two hundred (EUR 200) Euro in value, will be sent as registered parcels.
Customs Charges (International)

Liability
In the event that Art for a Reason AB is found to be liable toward you, such liability shall be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the products. Notwithstanding the preceding, nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting any compulsory right you may have in legal capacity as a consumer.
Art for a Reason AB shall not be responsible for not executing any of its obligations, in whole or in part, towards you, nor for damages or losses you may suffer or that may incur, in the event that the non execution is a result of a superior force or circumstances beyond Art for a Reason AB/Living in the Baltic Sea’s control.
To these terms Swedish law shall apply, with venue at Swedish courts with the district court of Lund as first instance.
